These injections take only a few minutes to complete. They treat muscle spasms and knots by reducing the inflammation and pain of the tiny tender knots in your muscles and fascia.

The injection will feel like a pinch and only take a few minutes. Post-injection pain, while uncommon, can occur. It typically resolves itself within a few days.
