What We Expect from You  

To ensure top quality, personal attention and timeliness of your therapy please arrive at least 5-10 min. prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please be aware that our Clinic scheduling runs on 30-minute intervals. If you happen to be late (for whatever reasoning) we cannot guarantee the time slot nor your preferred therapist or treatments.

Global Clinic accepts Cigna Insurance.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to change your appointment, Please make sure to call us 24 hrs. in advance. If you “no call, no show” we reserve the right to cancel all future appointments.

Canceling the day of is only permitted 3 hours prior to your appt. 

If you cancel twice 3 hours before (or less), the third time you will get charged for the full cost of the treatment(s) being scheduled for that visit.
