What We Expect from You
- To ensure top quality, personal attention and Timeliness of your therapy please arrive at least 5-10 min. prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Please be aware that our Clinic scheduling runs on 30-minute intervals. If you happen to be late (for whatever reason) we cannot guarantee the time slot nor your preferred therapist or treatments

Cancelation Policy
If you need to change your appointment, Please make sure to call us 24 hrs. in advance. If you “no call, no show” we reserve the right to cancel all future appointments.
Canceling day of is strictly prohibited (unless there is an emergency you notify us of).
If you cancel twice the day of your appointment, then the third time you will get charged for the full cost of the treatment(s) being scheduled that visit.
